The weather went up again. We will have a whole week of temperatures about the freezing level. I moved my plants to the garden.
I managed to run for the first time this week. It was a tempo run. 24mins at 4:25 with nasal breathing. I felt very strong. Garmin watch told me +5. I need to investigate at a later point in time what this means.
I did my TWYOB and stretching routines. I am feeling more flexible than ever. I can maintain the postures for minutes without any pain at all.
I cleaned a couple of topics from my business plate today too.
