I had a good sleep. Not excellent, but I am feeling recovered. It was cold. I did not need to wake up in the middle of the night.
I am attending a training about Design for Reliability. It is mainly focussed in physical parts. Since I am not in this area anymore, I am trying to apply these principles to software. It is being very interesting. I am liking it. The trainer is smart enough to skip lecturing us and just giving us the time to read the material by ourselves. The training is basically hands on and discussion.
I read a little bit more of "Pastoralia". It is the same yet. Something I can read and follow, but I have literally no clue where the author is going with this story.
I had a threshold training yesterday. It went good. For the first time in my Garmin 255 music life, I have seen a fitness score of 11. No clue what does it mean.
