I got a 75% sleep quality according to the AI. I feel recovered. Apparently I slept 2h too less.
My plan for today is biking to Durlach and swim before going to work. It is a little bit cold, 9°C, but I feel so good in the water, that I am determined to do it. This year, they have introduced an early bird swimming time. All in all, I will be able to swim at 7am three days a week. I am more than positive that I will be there more than once.
Yesterday evening I just read the ioT book. I see a lot of ideas matching with my cybersecurity training. I like this.
I am interested in the European initiative called WERO. I am afraid that I will open a bank account in one of the companies that are already in.
