I slept well. The AI gave me a 76%. It is not accurate again. My batteries are fully charged and I was able to go to the pool in the early morning. It was a nice swim. Since it is quite cold for July, it was almost empty. Water was warm. I enjoyed a lot being there today.
Yesterday I read another good chunk of the Zero Day cybersecurity book. Again, it is taking too much on uninteresting things. People like to talk too much. There are zillions of footnotes. I won't read any single one.
My ankle aches.
