It has been a very full day. We had a football tournament again. today we lost. No excuses.
I played a little bit of football. My right foot is aching again. I was able to run in the afternoon but it’s it’s not good.
I wasn’t able to enter into the pool. They closed at 7 pm sharp. I missed my swimming today.
