I scored another good sleep, 83%. I am feeling better, physically. My low back still aches, but I would say that the dynamic stretching exercices are helping. Another thing are the achilles and the right ankle.
I went to swim in the early morning. As expected, it was very crowded and I had to wait at the wall for some lengths. A little bit later I am planning to run in the forest. It will just be a short, 9km, brisk run. I have recovery day in the TWYOB. I will just invest this extra time in more stretching.
I read first chapter of the new book "Teoria del joc". It looks promising.
