I had a short sleep. I scored a 78% fair one.

It is my last working day before the summer break. Everything is quiet. I have just to end a couple of urgent things.

We went to the west. We visited some relatives. It is also very hot here.

I read a little bit and played a lot of board games.

I ran around noon. Plenty of shadows. It went very well.

My right ankle still hurts. My low back is not fully recovered. I continue with the back exercices.
