I slept well and long. I felt fully recovered. No noticeable pains. My right ankle and foot are getting better. My low back is as good as it used to be.
We had a handball morning. They played better than I was expecting. The new kids fought very hard too. I enjoyed it a lot. I found no time to read my book during the event.
We watched half part of a Jugend A game. It was amazing. Hanball is a very intense game. I love the spirit. I really hope that my youngest will continue practicing it.
We did some errands in the afternoon. My oldest one was in the city with friends and later in the stadium cheering for his mates. They won 12 to 1.
We had a great dinner together and finally watch the last 20 mins of Kung Fu Panda 4.
I went to train and run in the late afternoon and was cought by a storm. Long time not getting soaked by a sudden rain. Winter is coming.
