I woke up early for a Saturday since my youngest had another football match. I felt well. No noticeable pains with the exception of the right ankle.
It rained a lot during the first hour. It was windy too. I forgot my merino socks and started to freeze when the rain stopped. My kid played well. He was very happy.
I ran in the early afternoon. It was a recovery run. I TWYOB and stretched right after. Next week will be the last in the periodization. Right after I will go one level below. I do not feel ok in the chief one. I suffer too much with some exercises. I am not ready yet.
I ate pretty clean. I am starting to feel ok with it. No garbage or ultra processed foods enter into my body. I do not have any impulse to go back to these products. It has been extremely easy. I like to cook. I do not understand why did I eat that much potato chips.
I read a couple of Kawabata chapter. I finally found one that really interested me and I liked it. I will read it again once the book is finished.
