I woke up at 7am without any alarm. Tonight I slept one hour more because of the time adjustment. I feel ok. I am well rested and recovered from last days TWYOB.
It was a very cold day. The wind was very strong. Nevertheless I went to run in the mountain. I felt very strong, but it took me two more minutes than last time. I do not understand it and I am not going to compare both trainings in order to identify where I lost this time. I stretched and relaxed the rest of the day.
My kids wanted to have a deliburger for lunch and we went there again. Excellent as usual.
I arrived to the last short story from Kawabata's book. Unfortunately it is 40mins long instead of the usual 8-10mins. I will read it in a couple of sessions.
