I woke up at 7am. I was tired from yesterday. I did not run a lot, but I felt totally empty while exercising. I was feeling totally recovered and free of significant pains. My right ankle is better and my achilles are totally ok.
I started reading "Adjustment day". I still cannot say anything about it.
The weather was surprisingly good, 16°C and I went to run again in t-shirt and shorts. It was a quick 9k. I felt empty after 4k and decided to skip TWYOB again. I stretched and right after I went to swim with my youngest. It was a success. It was not crowded at all. It looks like the school holidays emptied the pool. We even invested time after the training to play a little bit in the turtles area.
I went to another mall and did not find the yogurt maker either. I want to see it at least once before purchasing it. I am curious about the dimensions and the finishing. I invested some time checking the air fryers and I am getting totally disenchanted. They are way too bulky for me. I am absolutely not convinced. Maybe it is just a hype and will fade soon. I do not want another obstacle in my kitchen's surfaces.
