In order to sync the podcast playlist maintained in playrun.app, I have to open the app in the smartwatch. In case I was listening to something, I will click on the upper button, identified on screen with the three dots. In the menu I will go to the playrun.app icon and click start. Scroll down until last synchronization record, click start again and lauch the synchronization.
