I was tired and did not wake up for the parkrun. It did well.
I took the day off and did not train at all, just stretching.
I went to watch my oldest son football match. He played since the beginning. He was happy. He did not score but played very intense. I like this. When he was sitting in the bench, I was playing football with my youngest. It was a very nice day.
We went together to enjoy a Deliburger and later do some errands.
I went early to bed and finished "Lisa Klein". It was an interesting read, but I am not sure if I like it.
