I woke up totally recovered after a day off.
The highlight of the day was the Handball match and the stellar performance of my youngest.
I ran 6x800 at 5km sub 20min pace. It went very well. I am starting to feel strong again. I TWYOB and stretched.
I started a new book about cybersecurity. I learnt about the author in a podcast. For the time being, I am liking it.
