I woke up fully recovered. I felt like incubating a flu or something. Next three days I will be at home attending a training. The weather out there is going to be cold and wet.
Yesterday I was busy with handball. It was a good match. My youngest son's team won and he played well. The place where they played was very cold. It was a rented one and nobody knew where to find the basic things.
The day is very short. I barely had time to run a 9k in the forest. When I arrived home it was very dark. It is time to start to run in the city. I TWYOB and stretched. I felt like my right ankle is not hurting anymore. Maybe the only thing I needed is running faster. This way I land less in the back on my feet.
I read a little bit of a new book "Primal intelligence" and "Wild Houses".
