I slept very well. I woke up totally recovered. Ready for my long run in the mountains. It turned out my fastest ever ran for this 14k circuit. The funny thing was that I was running in my Z2. All the course below 152bpm. I felt very strong. I TWYOB and stretched. By noon I was done with my training.

It is cold and sunny. Perfect conditions to run. Everything was frozen. The Sun is low. The soil is ultra hard.

The year is ending and I would like to still accomplish a couple of things. One of them is related to STEAM. The other one with the Nintendo Switch and the last one with the cybersecurity training. I still have three days. I am confident that I will have enough time. Step by step.

I would like to have a barbecue today. Let's see what happens.
