I slept well. It was long and deep. I felt fully recovered and ready for an intense running in the mountains.
I skipped lunch and tried to run the 1km vertical by myself. I got lost again. GPS is not working well in the mountains and I am not familiar with this environment. Tomorrow would be my last chance to complete it. I will decide once I am ready to run.
The Sun shined and the wind was very cold. I like this weather and the fact of wearing always a thin jacket.
We had shrimps and entrecote for dinner. It was very satisfying. I could only eat this every single day until I die. I do not need sauces or similar, just raw products slightly fried on the pan with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
I read a couple more chapters of Sandworm. It is terrifying to discover how stupid and weak we are. I wonder if we could minimize easily how to protect ourselves from these threats. Maybe the book will suggest something later.
The heavy chain rattled against the cliff, a cold lifeline for the descent. On the screen, the Pokémon GO route traced a path from the summit, but the young kid trailing behind was stumbling, cheeks flushed with a delirious fever. He looked at the screen, only to realize the "Route" he had been following was a loop that led right back to the edge.
