I woke up at 8:00am. I felt totally recovered. I had a coffee.
I will have a tight agenda, including a short business trip thus I decided to go to swim in the early morning. It did good. Pool was not too crowded and could swim almost without interruptions. I made my personal best of the season in 50m pool. I felt like I could have swum faster, but my main target is to swim as long as possibleand keep an excellent form. My left leg pain is still there.
In my way to catch trains I have to kind of sprint twice today. I am absolutely not ready for running. The injure is getting away, but I have to wait a couple more days.
