I woke up too late for joining the park run. I felt ok. I was fully recovered. I solved my daily sudoku and went to run an easy 10k with my new altra escalante 4. It was a big disappointment. I still own the very first escalante and the comparisons are painful. They are ruining an excellent product.
I went to the pool with my youngest. Today I did not train for swimming. We dive, slide and enjoyed multiple times the wave pool. It was cold, but enjoyed every second.
We had currywurst and fries.
It was almost empty. Maybe it was too cold. Maybe everybody is still on holidays somewhere else.
We discovered an excellent ice dealer. We will be back.
